✔ The return request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

✔ The product is returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

✖ Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.

✖ Gift cards or downloadable software products.

4. Return Process

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please follow these steps:

✔ Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refunds issued will exclude shipping charges.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and dispatched, and cancellations will no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

10. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, as applicable.
