Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Customized or pre-order items may take an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

Domestic Delivery (India): 3-5 business days depending on the destination.

International Delivery: 7-14 business days depending on the country and customs regulations.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders across India. Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 shipping fee must be paid in advance to confirm your order. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, the ₹99 shipping fee will be fully refunded..

Express Shipping: Charges vary based on destination and weight.

International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. You can also track the order status on our website.

5. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After dispatch, no modifications or cancellations are allowed.

7. Delays and Exceptions

8. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
